Lucy Hollis graduated from The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2012. She went on to spend a year as Resident Actor at The Citizens Theatre, Glasgow and appeared in television series Outlander. In August 2014, she founded Etch with Ruth Milne. Lucy produced Squint Theatre Company's 2015 production of MOLLY at Pleasance, Edinburgh. She currently works at specialist performing arts school St Marylebone as the Arts Programme Coordinator.
Ruby is a designer and art director specialising in branding in the arts. Since graduating from Glasgow School of Art, she has worked in London and Los Angeles for clients including Nike and The Barbican. Ruby currently works for London studio Accept & Proceed.
Ruth Milne graduated from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2010 with a BA in Acting. She has since worked as an actor with companies including The BBC, ITV, Sigma Films, The Manchester Royal Exchange, The Royal Lyceum Edinburgh,The Lyric Theatre and The National Theatre of Scotland. She is an Actor and Facilitator at Geese Theatre Company, where she works with theatre within the criminal justice system. She is also Producer and Project Manager at Open Door, a new initiative working to increase the accessibility of drama schools. In August 2014, she founded Etch with Lucy Hollis.

As assistant director, other theatre includes: A Doll’s House, Enquirer (National Theatre of Scotland/Lyceum); The Maids, Beauty & the Beast (Citizens); Kurt Weill: Double Bill (Scottish Opera); War of the Roses Trilogy (Bard in the Botanics); Hamlet (Globe Education). Debbie is Trainee Director at the Royal Court.
